1 pkg frozen hash browned potatoes (cubed kind) ½ C melted butter 1 tsp salt Pepper to taste ½ C minced onion 1 Can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt sour cream 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Mix ingredients together and put in 9x13 pan. Top with mixture of 2 C crushed cornflakes and ½ C melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
