8 medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
8 oz package cream cheese
8oz carton sour cream
1/4 lb butter, softened
garlic salt
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes without salt until tender. Mash potatoes, add cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Flavor with garlic salt. Put into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. May prepare ahead and refrigerate overnight.
