3C seasoned croutons
3 C Cubed ham
1 sm jar pimientos – chopped
½ lb grated cheddar cheese
1 sm can mushrooms & stems
1 sm can chopped ripe olives
3 T Flour
1 T dry mustard
3 T melted butter
4 eggs
3 C milk
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 glass baking dish. Make layer of croutons, then ham, pimientos, cheese, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle flour, mustard and melted butter over top.
In another bowl, beat 4 eggs, add salt & pepper, and milk. Beat til frothy. Pour over casserole, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
