1 C Sugar
¼ lb butter
1 C Sour Cream
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
½ C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ C nuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together. Add sour cream and eggs, one at a time, and blend well. Combine next 4 ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and blend well. Pour ½ of batter into a greased tube pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts and sprinkle ½ over batter in pan. Spread remainder of batter. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over top. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
