3 c broccoli, chopped or shredded
3 c granny smith apples, chopped
8 slices of bacon. cooked/crumbled
1 c slivered almonds
1/4 c sugar
1 green onion, chopped
1-3 celery sticks, chopped
handful of shredded carrots (optional)
1 1/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c raisins or craisens
1 tbsp cider vinegar

Cooked bacon while chopping other ingredients. Sugar almonds by frying in the 1/4 c sugar in a fry pan until barely browned. Combine all salad ingredients together. For the dressing, In separate bow add mayonnaise, 1/2 c sugar and cider vinegar and mix well. Put dressing on 1/2 hour before serving and toss or stir just before serving.
