3 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans (15 oz. each) Ranch Style Beans
2 cans (20 oz. each) enchilada sauce
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp, chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and chopped onion together in a large pot. Drain. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder and cumin. Add more seasoning to taste if desired. Simmer until thickened. Serve with grated cheese and bread. Note - I use 2 lbs lean ground beef and 3 cans Ranch Style Beans.
