1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup orange juice
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp.suger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

In large bowl combine,oats and orange juice;let stand for 5 minutes. Beat egg, sugar and oil until blended. Add to oat mixture. Combine the flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt. Stir into oat mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 400 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Yield about 1 dozen. (If using frozen berries do not thaw.)
