2 c flour
1 3/4 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 c soft butter (10 T)
2 c dairy sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Buttercream Frosting:
3 c powdered sugar
1 cube butter
2-3 T milk
3/4 tsp vanilla
3/8 tsp almond
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. In large bowl combine flour, sugar cocoa, soda and salt. Blend in butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool and frost.
Frosting:
Beat all ingredients on medium speed, until light and fluffy.
