32 oz frozen hash browns ( cubed or shredded)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c minced onion
1 cube butter
1 1/3 c sour cream
2 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put dried minced onion in water to soak. When the onion is tender drain. Put butter in microwave safe bowl. Add onion and melt the butter. In a large bowl stir together soup and sour cream. Stir in onions, butter and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Pour into a greased 9x13. Top with cheese or crushed corn flakes. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 2 hours
