"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Melissa's Egg Roll Wraps
green onions
2 zucchinis
2 squashes
1 pkg. coleslaw (without sauce)
Cavendar's Greek Seasoning, to taste, ~2 to 3 tbsp.
1/2 lb. browned ground beef or shredded chicken or pork, if desired*

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and shred vegetables. Cut green onions very small. Pour all coleslaw, veggies, and onions into a large pot and cook over medium heat. Season with Greek seasoning to taste. (I put in a lot) While cooking mix, plug in electric fry pan and begin to heat oil. When veggie mix is warm, you can start your egg rolls. Lay your wrap diagonally and scoop desired amount into wrap. Fold sides in and then the first end and then roll up. Dip you finger in water and put it on the last end and then seal up. Fry on both sides. *Optional: You can add cook ground beef or chicken to your mixture.
