3 egg yolks
1TB sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3/4 C flour
1 TB melted butter
3 egg whites - beaten stiff

Directions:
Directions:
separate eggs, and beat whites until stiff,
then in another bowl beat yolks and add sugar, salt and butter; then alternate with milk and flour until mixture is smooth; then gently add beaten whites into mixture

Using a hot pan (greased); pour a ladle-full of batter onto pan and cook until bubbles appear then flip over for a moment or two - take out of pan and roll while warm - continue with rest of batter
