1tsp Worcestershire sauce
2TB lemon juice
1 egg
1 clove garlic - mashed/pressed
Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients and let sit for 1/2 hour or more before serving

for salad:
washed and dry romaine lettuce pieces, Parmesan cheese & croutons to your liking and bacon bits if desired,
toss with dressing and serve righ5t away
