Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. dried minced onion, reconstituted in
1 tbsp. hot water (let sit for a minute before
adding)
1/2 c to 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, dill week and onion in a small bowl. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Then, take out and form into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers -- especially good with wheat thins and club crackers. If your first four ingredients don't set up very well (firm enough to form into a ball) -- just stir the chopped pecans into the mix before you serve it as a dip and I think it's still just as good.
