1 cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups uncooked oats (quick or old fashioned)
1 cup craisins

Heat oven to 350. Stir applesauce and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and craisins. Mix well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet and remove to wire rack.
