1 29 oz can sweet potatoes in light syrup, drained, rinsed, and mashed
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 hardboiled eggs, mashed
2 small green onions, minced
dash of salt
5 tbsp Durkee’s Sandwich spread
5 tbsp mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Drain, rinse and mash sweet potatoes. Add celery, eggs, onions, dash of salt; mix well. Moisten with Durkee’s Sandwich spread and mayo to taste, using about 5 tbsp each. Mix all together.
