6 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
4 eggs, separated
2 T. sugar
2 T. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Melt choc. in double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in coffee. Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add to choc. and beat well. Stir in brandy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into choc mixture. Spoon into 4 bowls or ramekins. Chill 8 hrs. Serves 4.
