1 3oz. pkg red jello
1 cup boiling water or juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 pkg prepared whipped topping
1-1 1/2 cup cooked rice, chilled
8-10 maraschino cherries, cut in eighths

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water or pineapple juice or combination of both to make 1 cup. Cool and let partially thicken; then whip. Fold in crushed pineapple (drained), cooked rice, cherries and whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to use; pile in sherbets to serve, 6 portions.
