2 medium cans of Van Kamp baked beans
1 c each of ketchup & brown sugar
1 onion diced
Bacon cut into 3rd's and semi baked or fried to remove some of the fat.
Start with 1/2 c of molasses and add for your taste.

Bake 1 hour at 350 stirring often. Turn heat to 300 continue baking and stirring until it reaches the consistency you like.
