2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes, (thawed)
1 c diced onion, simmered in 1 stick oleo until soft
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 lb carton sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheese (grated)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes or French fried dried onions. (optional)
Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
