3/4 c. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 T. chopped fresh thyme 2 T. chopped fresh basil 2 T. chopped fresh oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 6 (4 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Melt butter with garlic in saucepan over med. heat. When butter starts to bubble, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir breadcrumbs with cheese and spices. Dip chicken breasts in butter, then press into seasoned bread crumbs on both sides. Place in cooking sprayed baking dish & bake 50 to 55 min. until no longer pink in the center.
