Fish (good with flounder and trout) Cavender's Greek seasoning Olive oil Panko bread crumbs Bacon Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese
Put olive oil on bottom of baking dish. Lay fish skin side down and drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle Cavender's over fish, then Panko. Lay bacon on top. Add more Panko. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake approximately 15 minutes at 350º (depending on thickness of fish).
