8 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
4 oz. cubed cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
3/4 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine & beat eggs, milk & sugar. Add cheddar, Jack, cream cheese, cottage cheese. Mix dry ingred. then add to wet mixture. Bake in greased casserole dish at 325 degrees for 1 hr.
