1 onion chopped
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 pkg oriental flavor ramon noodles
2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Coat pot with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook until softened, 1-2 minutes. Add broth and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil, stir in vegetables, noodles with flavor packet and chicken. Cook until noodles are tender and vegetables heated through, about 5 minutes. If desired, stir in 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
