1/4 c. minced fresh flat-leaf parsley 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh sage 1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary 6 T. heavy cream 24 - 1/2" slices from a small baguette
Preheat broiler. Mix herbs and cream in small bowl. Place bread slices on baking sheet and brush with cream mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Broil until golden, flip once. Will keep, covered up to 2 days.
