1 stick butter
1 sm onion
1 tsp garlic
4 strands green onion
1 lb shrimp
chicken breasts
seasonings
bread crumbs
1 egg
1 pk bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In one pan saute butter, onion, garlic, green onions and seasonings. In second pan cook shrimp down then slice up and add to mixture. Turn stove off. Beat up one egg and pour into mixture. Then sprinkle bread crumbs. Slice chicken breasts in half into thin slabs. Season chicken then wrap a ball of stiffing into breasts. Wrap a piece of bacon around breasts and seal with a toothpick. Bake at 400 for 45 mins with foil on top. Uncover and broil for 5-10 mins or until brown.
