1 Large onion
1 Large apple
2 tsp butter
2 beef oxo cubes
lime leaves
galangel
1 T lime juice
2 T fish sauce
4 T curry powder
S&P to taste
2 cans pure coconut milk
cilantro to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and apple in butter add water in crements to simmer dissolve oxo cubes simmer with rest of ingredients till flavors blend add coconut milk and thicken with milk/flour paste if needed.

garnish with cilantro!
