35 ears fresh sweet corn
1 pound butter
1 pint half and half
salt
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Husk, silk and wash corn. Cut it from the cob into uncovered rooster that holds about 16-18 cups corn. Add butter and half and half. Put pan in 325 degree oven. Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven. Cool by placing roaster in sink with ice water under it. Cool, package and freeze as quickly as possible. To serve, heat corn through. Add salt and a bit of sugar for taste.
