1-1/2 (16 oz) packages frozen corn
4-1/2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 c Italian salad dressing
1/4 c and 2 T minced fresh basil
3/4 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Pour corn and a small amount of water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until corn is crisp-tender; drain. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, salad dressing, basil and slat. Stir in corn. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Serve with a slotted spoon.
