11/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pack. taco mix
2 cans refried beans
Spanish rice
velveta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry burger and drain add taco mix to burger. Layer burger,cheese, beans, cheese then top with rice. bake at 350 till hot and cheese is melted. serve with tortilla's.

I have always used a boxed Spanish rice where you need to add tomatoes & i would use rotel to give it a kick.
