12 oz. Frozen hash browns
1/4 c. Margarine or butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1. T. Chopped onion
Pinch pepper
1 c. Half and half
1 c. Sour cream
1 c. Grated american cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all together. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
