1 dry package of Knorr “Leek Soup”
1 - 16 oz container Sour Cream
1 cup of Mayonnaise
4-6 sliced green onions/ scallions
˝ red onion chopped up fine
1 frozen pkg of Chopped Spinach
1 can water chestnuts (chopped up)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ˝ teaspoons cayenne pepper powder
1-2 teaspoons Johnny’s Seasoning or any All Season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw out frozen Spinach and rinse and squeeze out excess water. Mix in a bowl all ingredients and serve with Sour Dough bread or chips. Keep refrigerated.
