1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and pineapple in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Prepare yellow cake mix, as directed, and pour batter into a greased sheet cake pan. Bake but do not remove cake from pan. Punch holes in cake and pour pineapple mixture over cake, and cool completely.

Icing:
Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla, and butter, and mix well. Add pecans. Spread over cool cake.
