1 large can solid tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Helmann's mayonnaise, or more to taste
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 cup sliced celery (optional)
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, and serve with crackers or bread rounds.

Mother made tuna salad with Helmann's mayonnaise and 2 or 3 or 4 hard boiled eggs, diced up, and diced sweet gherkin pickles.
