1 cup mayo; 1-2 jalapeņo chilies, seeded and minced; 2 tbs drained and finely chopped cornichon pickles; 2 tbs drained and finely chopped capers ;2 tbs drained and FC green olives; 2 tbs FC fresh cilantro; 2 tbs fresh chives (you will live if you don't have the chives); 1 tbs drained, coarsely chopped green peppercorns; 1-2 tbs fresh lime juice; 1/4 tsp lime zest; Salt and pepper; Cayenne.

Mix together. Taste. Correct seasoning. Cover. Refrigerate. Will keep for a week in frig.
