1 cup flour
1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
3 cups sliced peeled peaches

Topping:
2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bow, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, fold in peaches. Spread in 8 inch square baking dish.
2. Combine water, sugar, butter. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolved. Pour over top.
3. Bake 400º for 40-50 minutes. Server warm or cold with cream or ice cream.
