Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix together and pat into a cookie sheet pan. Bake @ 350 for about 10 minutes until golden. brown.

Topping:
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Spread on the crust and top with fresh fruit.

Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp orange marmalade

Cook in a pan on stove until thick and then drizzle over the top of the fruit.

Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Kiwi
Grapes
Bananas
(or any other fruit you like)
