2 c. sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. red food coloring 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil 8 qts. popped corn
Microwave 1st. 4 ingredients until boiling. Microwave 5 minutes more. Add baking soda, cinnamon oil, and coloring, being careful. Pour over popcorn in brown paper bag. Shake well. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes more, shake, and microwave 30 seconds. Shake. Pour onto 2-15"X10" pans and let cool.
