1 lb chopped rhubarb, if frozen thawed
2/3 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup flour
3 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
4 T chilled butter
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, 2/3 c sugar, and 1 T flour and pour in greased 11x7 in baking pan. Bake at 400ºF for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sliced strawberries.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter, then add milk and mix just until combined. Spoon batter over rhubarb and strawberries. Bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
