1 16-oz can sliced pears
1 16-oz can sliced peaches
1 16-oz. can pineapple chunks
1 16-oz. can apricot halves
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. walnuts, broken
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 t. vanilla extract
5 slices white bread, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches, pears, pineapple in a colander. Drain apricots and keep separate form other fruit. Put all fruit except apricots in large bow. Add raisins, walnuts, 1/2 c. brown sugar and vanilla. Mix. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and place apricots on top. Cut toast into triangles and place on top. Pour butter and sugar over it. Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 mins.
