1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 T. sour milk
1 1/2 c. banana pulp
1/2 chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with combined milk and bananas. Add nuts. Pour into large loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45- 60 minutes
