Step #1:
Mix: 2/3 cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 T cornstarch
1 cup pure orange juice
Boil 1 min. until slightly thickened. Stir constantly. Let cool at room temperature.

Step #2:
Grease (I use Pam) one round pizza pan.
Press one package of prepared sugar cookie dough onto the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Set on cooling rack.
Note: I usually make the night before

Step #3:
Mix 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese with ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar and a little lemon juice. Cream with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread over cooled dough, leaving edge of dough exposed.

Step #4:
Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.

Step #5:
Place blueberries, sliced strawberries, peaches, kiwi & banana (or any fruit you want) over the entire pizza in an interesting design.

Step #6:
Drizzle glaze over entire pie.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. This pie needs to be enjoyed within 2 days due to the fresh fruit.
