4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
3 T. butter ( I use extra-that's what makes it taste good)
1/4 c. water
4 medium carrots - cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion - chopped
1 t. salt
1 t. thyme
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour. Brown chicken in melted butter in a iron skillet on high heat ( don't worry about getting done in the middle right now.) Reduce heat to medium ; add remaining ingredients EXCEPT BROCCOLI. Cook over medium to low heat for about 30 minutes. (Check every once in a while; add more water if needed.) Add broccoli; cover and cook another 5-8 minutes.
