1 pkg chowmein noodles
6 C cabbage shredded (about 1/2 cabbage)
2 C celery sliced thin
1 med onion sliced thin
1-2 carrots grated
2 cloves garlic
2 C bean sprouts
2 C shredded cooked chicken or pork
3/4 C chicken broth
3 T oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 T soya sauce
chopped green onion for on top

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch noodles by bringing water to a boil and dropping noodles in and stirring 3 times and then drain and set aside. In wok add 2 T oil and cook onions and garlic add cabbage,celery salt and toss add chicken broth and bring to a boil add carrots and sprouts and cooked meat. Mix in chowmein and add soya sauce, salt and pepper and drizzle the last tbsp of oil to give it "sheen" and sprinkle with green onions and serve!
