1 box Duncan Hines Chocolate Devils Food Cake Mix
1 c. milk
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Chocolate Frosting
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. cocoa
2 boxes powdered sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla
4 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp water
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all ingredients well, pour into 3 (9 in.) cake pans and bake at 350º.

Icing
Melt butter and dissolve cocoa into it. Add soft cream cheese. Add vanilla, milk and warm water. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix well and frost cake layers when cool. After each layer is frosted sprinkle with pecans.
