Ingredients:  
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup and water; cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; cook until dropped into very cold water forms a firm ball. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Continue beating while pouring hot syrup in a thin stream into egg whites. Add vanilla. Beat until mixture holds its shape and may become to stiff for mixer. Add nuts. Drop mixture from spoon onto wax paper quickly.
