1/4 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/8 tsp. Salt
11/2 c Mashed Bananas
1/2 c Sour Cream
1/2 c Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for 1 1/2 minutes. combine flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas, sour cream and nuts and mix until well blended.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour or until done.
