Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 stick butter melted
1 box French vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Icing:
2 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese softened
1 1/2 sticks butter softened
3/4 of 2 lb. bag powdered sugar
2 T. milk
1 1/2 c. pecans toasted and chopped
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together cake mix, eggs, milk, pudding, and vanilla. Mix together well with mixer. Melt butter and gradually add to mixture. Adding butter slowly will get all the clumps out of the batter.

Icing:
Toast pecans and set them aside to cool. Cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add milk, vanilla, and gradually add powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Fold in chopped pecans and stir well.
