1 1/2 cup flour 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. white sugar 1 1/4 cup milk 1 egg 3 tbsp. butter, melted Blueberries
1. Mix dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg & melted butter. 2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
