Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
Graham crackers
1 c crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until very light. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat well. Add pineapple, juice drained off. Add vanilla, nuts and lastly fold in egg whites. Line pan with waxed paper. Cover with 1/2 the cracker crumbs. Add pudding. Put remainder of crumbs on top of pudding. Chill in ice box overnight.
