3 c. Apples, raw, diced
1 c. Pecans, chopped
3 c. Plain Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla flavoring
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. Sugar
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar together. Add oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in raw apples and chopped pecan. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake about 1 hours at 350
